We had an outstanding experience with DCB. From the initial estimate to project completion, their professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch. They installed a new dishwasher, dryer, washer, toilet, bathroom vanity, and shower hardware flawlessly. Their entire team was knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I recently contacted DCB Plumbing & Heating from a recommendation from a friend as i wanted a annual boiler service completing as my previous engineer had let me down numerous times.The appointment with DCB Plumbing and Heating was made quickly and with no fuss and the company came out and completed a thorough service at the time stated on the appointment.The engineer was on time and what impressed me most was the online system they use to keep customers informed. You will receive emails/texts informing you when the engineer will be arriving and if there are any unforeseen delays.Thanks to Pippa and Dave, the whole experience was a great one. If you have had experiences where you have been let down in the past, then i thoroughly recommend DCB Plumbing and Heating as a go to company. All my annual services will be done through Pippa and Dave from now on.
